Had a lovely couple nights here, home was immaculate and had everything you need. Big garden which caught the sun perfectly!! Home was in a lovely neighbourhood with great local facilities. Would recommend staying here and will definitely be returning if in the area again😊

Impeccably designed and furnished bungalow. High on the hill above the city centre so gorgeous views of the surrounding fields and even the Royal Crescent! Lots of kitchen equipment and high spec appliances. Easy to get to and park. It's on the corner of a main road so there is traffic noise, but no noisy neighbours. Charlie operates the place very professionally. I'd love to return...though it will probably be booked!

Had an excellent visit! The home was beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect for what we needed it for. From start to finish Charlie was an excellent host. Responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. Will definitely keep her in mind for future visits.

We stayed here for 9 weeks during an insurance claim. Charlie was accommodating and installed additional wood onto the outside fence so our cat would be secure in the garden which we appreciated!
We had some heating issues on day one but electric heaters were provided the same day and the issue sorted the following day.
The house was clean, accurately represented and a decent size.
Charlie left helpful, well presented signs in the property showing the WiFi code and bin days which made life easier.
We'd definitely recommend and return.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — convenient and in a great area. The host was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Communication was smooth and quick throughout our stay. Highly recommended

Absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t recommend this place enough! The house looked amazing and the rooms were incredibly spacious. There were three of us and having our own bathrooms was a huge bonus, with four rooms to choose from and plenty of space for luggage.
The layout is spot on. The loft room was much bigger than expected and really well set up, with an extra sofa bed that we didn’t need but was great as a seating area and would be perfect for families.
The lounge was stylish and super comfortable, and the dining room was massive and could easily fit the 10 guests it's advertised for, without feeling cramped.
The location is ideal and only a 15min walk into Bath city centre, with everything very close. There’s also a great pub nearby, The Bear, which serves amazing food.
Parking was as advised by the host, but we took a risk and parked outside in residential spaces and had no issues, otherwise there's nearby street parking.
Overall, a fantastic stay and great value!

Super location if you’re visiting Bath. Easy to walk into the centre (40 minute walk) I did get an Uber back due to the steep hill coming back up!

We loved our mini family break with our baby. The house was absolutely spotless, with everything we needed. The home had been beautifully done, with two large bedrooms, and a great sized kitchen and bathroom, with lots of storage throughout.
Charlie was a very responsive host. You can see all of the thoughtful little touches that went into this property to ensure guests have a great experience. We hope to be back in the future.

We visited Charlie’s place for a weekend in Bath with friends. It was a perfect , quiet location . We walked into Bath which took about 40mins along the river . Taxi was about £12 .
The place was spotless and was well equipped with everything you could think of. We all slept well in the extra soft beds , which I could get my covers and pillow cases that soft.
Milk was left in the fridge there were tea, coffee sugar along with biscuits and the Christmas tree was a lovely touch.
Would definitely recommend and would return.
