The entire property is available to guest apart from locked spaces such as loft, and a couple of cupboards with cleaning supplies in for the cleaners and the shed. The driveway is available for parking but the garage is rented out so please leave space for the door to open.

Had a lovely couple nights here, home was immaculate and had everything you need. Big garden which caught the sun perfectly!! Home was in a lovely neighbourhood with great local facilities. Would recommend staying here and will definitely be returning if in the area again😊 Thankyou Charlie!!

Had an excellent visit! The home was beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect for what we needed it for. From start to finish Charlie was an excellent host. Responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. Will definitely keep her in mind for future visits.

We stayed here for 9 weeks during an insurance claim. Charlie was accommodating and installed additional wood onto the outside fence so our cat would be secure in the garden which we appreciated! We had some heating issues on day one but electric heaters were provided the same day and the issue sorted the following day. The house was clean, accurately represented and a decent size. Charlie left helpful, well presented signs in the property showing the WiFi code and bin days which made life easier. We'd definitely recommend and return.
